Antidote to Unhappiness
Unhappiness can be defined as the feeling you get when you try to control things that are out of your control.
Here's an easy way to deal with unhappiness of any kind.
Objectivity
Feel the pain. Take it all in and then objectively think about it. You usually have two options -
- Let it go
OR - Let it be
If you let it go, then you're not trying to control something out of your control.
If you let it be, then you take it in your stride.
Both ways lead to the same path : Not trying to control something out of your control.
